Beginning a Proxy Site

If you are thinking to start a proxy site you will need these elements

  1. Purchasing Domain: You can purchase a domain with any extension (.com, .net, .info, etc.). Maybe the best domain for a proxy site is one that not includes the word “proxy” or “proxies”, because some filters can block out it automatically.
  2. Purchasing Hosting: We recommend Virtual Private server or a dedicated server ( much better)
  3. Downloading a proxy script: You can download two kind of free proxy scripts. One of them is PHProxy, maybe the most popular than CGIproxy. You can choose some PHProxy templates here .
  4. Monetizing: Put your AdSense Code or your YPN code on the index page. Warning don’t insert the AdSense or YPN code onto the proxified pages. These are against Adsense - YPN ’s terms conditions.
  5. Promoting: Go Findproxy.org.
