How to Configure a Proxy In Internet Explorer

Open Internet Explorer.
Go Tools menu.
Go Tools>Internet Options.
Click on the Connections tab.
Click on the LAN Settings button.
Check the box next to Use a proxy server for your LAN.
Select a proxy from our recommended anonymous proxy list.
Enter the IP address of the proxy you selected in step 7 into the Address: box.
Enter the port number of the proxy you selected in step 7 into the Port: box.
Click OK button.
