Username and password of the Internet connection must be entered.
External and Internal IP addresses are configured directly by WinProxy.
A prompt to disconnect from the Internet is given.
Wizard runs through the operations again in order to check for accuracy.

A web based proxy can be used to bypass websense. Here the proxy server can alone be seen by websense and not the web browser. HTTPS gives a secure connection that is overlooked by websense. HTTP Tunneling can also be used to bypass websense. This is a program that needs to be run on the system.

Anonymous remailers are an upgraded version of proxy servers. They too are server computers that receive embedded instructions as to where the message has to be sent. The message is sent without revealing the source or the destination of the message.
